Redundancy Notifications Datasheet

Overview

The Cleardocs Redundancy notification package is a complete set of the legally required documents for setting and recording redundancy when making 20 or fewer employees redundant.  You tailor each letter to be relevant for each member of staff: their options and the relevant process.   For example, the letters allow you to state:

• why you are making redundancies,
• the roles which are being (or may be) made redundant,
• any possible alternatives to redundancy.
  

With the letters, we send you a sample employee scoring table for you to rework and complete. You can use the table to show employees who are being reviewed for redundancy, how they will be scored and assessed for redundancy. You can then use the table to record the scoring process. This helps with any later tribunal claim.
