Executive Employment Contract Datasheet
Overview
The Executive contract sets out the terms and conditions of employment for senior members of staff. It allows you to include clauses to reflect whether: the employee is a director, has a pension provided, is paid a commission, has a car, a fuel card, a mobile telephone, or a computer. It can include provisions about the employer’s rights in relation to the employee’s inventions and much more.
The Executive contract can also include clauses about the employee’s bonus and restrictions on future employment (for additional fees; less than £50 each). You answer straightforward online questions covering more than 50 situations. You receive a tailored document (up to 57 pages) and notes on how to implement the contract.
