How can we help

If you need help and you have not found the answer in our FAQ’s then please contact us. Our helpline can provide help and information on using the Cleardocs site, registering, using the document creator, payments and printing your documents. You can also call or email to give us feedback on the site and services. There is no question too big or too small so please do not hesitate to contact us.

What about legal advice

The Cleardocs helpline is not able to give any legal advice. We can however put you in touch with Ashfords Solicitors who can answer any legal queries you may have in relation to the Cleardocs products. Any questions relating to specific personal circumstances will be charged for.
